Mexican Party
This collection brings together some of the most iconic accessories of Mexican culture: hats, bandanas, bows, and festive details that transform any moment into an experience.
More than just accessories, these are pieces that evoke celebration, identity, and color. The hat holds a special place in this story: it is one of Mexico’s most recognizable symbols, present in celebrations, music, popular traditions, and the moments that bring people together.
Catrinas
La Catrina is one of the most recognizable symbols of the Mexican Day of the Dead celebration.
Its cultural origins are deeply connected to the state of Michoacán, where the Day of the Dead is celebrated with profound meaning and tradition.
The pieces we offer were developed in Morelos, inspired by this rich cultural heritage.
Some of these sculptures are large, one‑of‑a‑kind pieces, considered true works of artisan art.
Nadal Collection
Nadal figurines are decorative sculptures of Spanish origin that reinterpret cultural scenes through an artistic lens.
These pieces combine fine modeling techniques with a distinctive artistic style that highlights traditional characters and cultural stories.
Alebrijes
Alebrijes are one of the most iconic expressions of Mexican folk art.
These fantastic figures combine elements from different animals and represent creativity, imagination, and spiritual symbolism.
Our alebrijes are produced in San Martín Tilcajete, Oaxaca, a community
internationally recognized for its artisan tradition.
Each piece is carved from wood and then carefully hand‑painted by local artisans.
The vibrant colors and intricate patterns that characterize alebrijes reflect the rich cultural heritage of Oaxaca.
Hand-Painted Clay Plates
These hand‑painted plates come from the state of Guerrero, where decorative pottery is an important cultural tradition in several artisan communities.
Each plate is carefully painted by hand and often depicts scenes of daily life, celebrations, nature, or traditional Mexican
imagery.
Because of the artisanal process involved, every piece is completely
unique
Obsidian
Obsidian is a volcanic stone that was used by pre‑Hispanic civilizations for thousands of years.
In Aztec and Mayan cultures, obsidian was considered a sacred material used to create ceremonial tools, sculptures, and ritual objects.
The pieces we offer are crafted by master artisans in the municipality of Pañé, in the Sierra of Hidalgo, where generations of craftsmen have specialized in shaping and polishing this ancestral stone.
The raw obsidian comes from volcanic mines in the state of Jalisco, from where it is transported to artisan workshops where it is carefully transformed into sculptures and decorative figures.
Each piece requires hours of manual polishing to achieve its deep, mirror‑like shine
Ironwood
Ironwood, known in Spanish as palo fierro, is a wood native to the deserts of Sonora, Mexico.
It is called ironwood because of its extraordinary density and hardness. In fact, it is one of the few woods in the world that does not float in water.
Traditionally, ironwood has been carved by indigenous communities of the region, particularly artisans connected to the Yaqui culture.
Using hand tools and traditional techniques, artisans carve animals of the desert and symbolic figures inspired by nature.
Because of its hardness, each piece requires a careful and highly skilled process of carving and polishing.
Onyx / Marble
Mexican onyx is internationally recognized for its elegant translucent tones and natural beauty.
The pieces we offer are produced in Tecali, Puebla, a region with a long and respected tradition in stone craftsmanship.
Onyx blocks extracted from quarries can weigh between 5 and 10 tons before being transported to artisan
workshops.
There, skilled craftsmen cut, shape, and polish the stone using specialized tools to create unique decorative objects.
Each piece preserves the natural veins and patterns of the stone, which means no two pieces are exactly
alike.
Pre-Hispanic Clay
These pieces are created by master artisan Enrique in the town of Teotihuacán, near the ancient pyramids that were once part of one of the most important civilizations of Mesoamerica.
His work seeks to honor the traditional techniques used by pre‑Hispanic cultures.
Each piece is inspired by historical forms and symbols that represent the cultural identity of ancient Mexico.
The creation process follows traditional artisan methods that have been preserved and transmitted through generations.
