Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Mexico

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.

• Free shipping on orders over $1,000 MXN.

• Orders under $1,000 MXN are subject to a $99 MXN shipping fee.

• All shipments include a tracking number.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures in each country.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
